Daniel Kline began buying houses in 2002. Daniel was drawn to real estate because his is bilingual in Spanish and so buying, fixing, and selling houses was a natural fit! After learning the business from a mentor he founded Liberty House Buyers as a way to pass the real estate legacy he created to his children.
One of the most important lessons that Daniel has learned along the way is that real estate is a people business. Yes, the house is important too but not as important as the people. So at Liberty House Buyers we focus on people first and the real estate second. We focus on your needs and what you want to get out of the sale of your property. We want to know the “story” behind the house and your situation because we care. We will not pry but know that we are here to listen and solve your real estate problems…and we are very good at what we do!

Daniel is the chief strategist for purchase offers and guides his team members to success! In his downtime he enjoys travelling, exercising, and spending time with his family.
Nalani focuses on the behind-the-scenes processing of paperwork to close. Nalani is also bilingual in Spanish and helps sell some of our houses with owner finance terms. She is the mother to a son. In her downtime, Nalani enjoys hiking trails, travelling, spending time with her son, and is very active in her church.
